At Eddie’s, parking availability varies by location. In Pasteur, we offer limited motorbike parking and cover the parking fee for a nearby paid lot. Unfortunately, there is no street parking available for cars at our Pasteur location. In Thao Dien, we provide motorbike parking and limited street parking for cars. In Pham Thai Buong, we offer motorbike parking and ample street parking for cars. Please note that we do not have guards at any of our locations, so we advise guests to bring their valuables inside and be mindful of their belongings, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

While we love pets, Eddie’s is not fully pet-friendly. However, our Pham Thai Buong location offers outdoor seating where pets are welcome, and at Thao Dien, our outdoor balcony on the second level can accommodate small dogs. We ask that pets remain on a leash or in a cage, refrain from sitting on furniture or tables, and be respectful of other diners who may not share the same affection for pets. We’re happy to provide water for your furry friends to ensure they stay hydrated during their visit.

At Eddie’s, our menu prices do not include tax or service charge. Just like in the States, taxes are separate, with 8% for food and 10% for alcohol, all going directly to the Vietnamese government. Additionally, we add a 5% service charge to all dine-in meals, which goes directly to our dedicated team. If you’re unhappy with the service, we’ll gladly deduct the 5% service charge. While further gratuity is not necessary, it’s greatly appreciated and will be split among our service and kitchen team members.
