1. Guest Experience & Service Quality
Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure excellent service standards
Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and professionally
Uphold Eddie’s hospitality culture and ensure guests feel welcome and cared for
2. Team Management & Training
Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff
Conduct onboarding and continuous training for new team members
Foster a positive team environment and culture of accountability
3. Operational Oversight
Monitor shift efficiency, cleanliness, and staff productivity
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
Manage cash handling, reports, and daily closing procedures
4. Sales & Performance Tracking
Assist with sales goals, promotions, and upselling strategies
Monitor KPIs: table turnover, guest satisfaction, complaint resolution
Report to Operations Manager on performance and challenges
5. Inventory & Cost Control (primarily for Manager role)
