Hosted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, this special event celebrates 30 years of diplomatic relations between the United States and Vietnam — honoring friendship, cultural exchange, and the universal language of food.
Eddie’s New York Deli & Diner is proud to be one of just 10 official partner restaurants selected to participate in this celebration — representing the authentic spirit of the classic American diner in the heart of Saigon.


🍔 The American Favorites Menu – Over 40 New Creations with Premium U.S. Ingredients
To mark this milestone, the Eddie’s culinary team developed more than 40 brand-new dishes for the American Favorites Menu — each crafted using premium U.S. ingredients sourced directly from trusted American farms. 🇺🇸✨
This exclusive menu celebrates the diversity and comfort of true American cuisine, featuring:
- Barbecue Pulled U.S. Beef Brisket – slow-cooked and smoked to tender perfection.
- Chili Cheese Dogs – hearty American hot dogs topped with chili and melted cheese.
- Blueberry Pancakes – fluffy, golden pancakes loaded with U.S. blueberries.
- Pecan Pie – the timeless Southern dessert, sweet, nutty, and baked fresh daily.
